Privacy policy

KubeEra (operated by Gaidance) is an independent cloud-native intelligence platform. This policy explains what we collect and why. Last updated 4 July 2026.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us through the site's three forms:

  1. Newsletter — your email address.
  2. Verified-operator application — your email, role, years of experience, the tools you run, and (optionally) a LinkedIn URL and employment details you provide to verify your production experience.
  3. Vendor early-access — your work email and company name.

We also store basic technical metadata with a submission (IP address, timestamp, user-agent) to prevent abuse and rate-limit the forms. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

To send what you asked for (the newsletter), to evaluate and contact operator applicants, to contact vendors about early access, and to secure the forms. We do not sell your personal information. Operator information is used to verify production experience and is never shared with the vendors whose tools you run.

Legal basis & consent

By submitting a form you consent to this use. Where consent is the basis for processing, you may withdraw it at any time (see below); withdrawal does not affect processing already performed.

Retention & your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing privacy@kubeera.com. We keep submissions only as long as needed for the purpose above.

Where your data lives

Data is stored in our managed PostgreSQL database (Supabase, Canada region) and served by our hosting provider (Vercel). Email you send us is handled by our email provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
