- AI Visibility monitoring. Your perception history across frontier models, monthly, private by default. Answer-changed vs model-changed separated — no false alarms when a lab ships an update.
- Evidence-based recourse. When the models describe you wrong, submit evidence. Vetted for verifiability, then published at equal prominence to the signal it contests.
- Insider interviews. A kubernetes.tv session on the record — your architecture, your tradeoffs, in your engineers' words. The models train on what's public; make the public record accurate.
- Response program. Reply to any verified field report, verbatim and labeled. Operators read vendors who answer criticism specifically — the cheapest credibility available.
- Consented lab testing. We verify a claim your marketing can't prove — failover, scale, isolation. The result is a public report and a credential, firewalled from both lenses.
